Salsa & Karma provides Salsa Babies, the postnatal latin dance program &  Salsa & Karma's yoga to babies through teens. It is the brainchild of Loren Gonzalez, founder and instructor who left a successful career as a financial services powerhouse to become a full-time Mom. By combining her passion for yoga, her lifelong love of Latin Dance with her desire to share these joyous practices with her own and other children, Salsa & Karma was born. Loren has practiced hatha yoga for over 15 years.She studied and was certified to teach children's yoga through Shari Vilchez-Blatt at Karma Kids Yoga in NYC. Loren is also a Certified Early Childhood Music & Movement Specialist and a member of the Early Childhood Music & Movement Association. 

 

Salsa & Karma offers fun yoga classes for children and postnatal dance for new mothers, kids and families at several locations in Northern Nassau County & Queens.
